Last updated 2 October 2026

If a Klassified link was used to send you something illegal or harmful, email abuse@klassified.app. A person reads every report, in English or Estonian.

What to include

Please do not attach the content itself. If it is child sexual abuse material, do not download or forward it; you can also report it to your national hotline through INHOPE or to the police.

What we can do

What we cannot do

We cannot read encrypted content, bring back a share that was already opened or has expired, or tell you who received a link; we do not keep a list of recipients. Knowing this helps you decide where else to report, for example to the police or to the platform where you received the link.

How we respond

If you give us an email address, we confirm that we received your report without undue delay. We handle reports about sexual abuse of children, malware, phishing and threats to someone's safety first. We assess every report in a timely, diligent and objective way, and tell you what we decided and how you can contest it. If you disagree, reply to our message and we will review the decision again.

Copyright and other rights

Rights holders can send a notice to abuse@klassified.app with the link without its key, the work concerned, and why you own the rights or may act for the owner. We may ask for more information if we need it. We handle these notices like other reports.

Contact points under the Digital Services Act

It is handled by a person, in English or Estonian. Requests for user data must be made under the applicable law. We cannot decrypt shares, and we hold only the data described in our Privacy Policy.
